All Energy Healing sessions are 60-Minutes long and can be done in my beautiful space in Downtown Edmonds or remotely over video or phone.
We are all made up of energy. Each emotion, thought, discomfort, and disease has an energetic signature that resides within your body and energetic field. When your energy is out of balance or blocked, it manifests in your life by causing physical ailments, mental unrest, and spiritual deficiency. Energy Healing works with you to clear blockages, raise your vibration, and bring your energetic systems back into balance and flowing smoothly.
This is your journey. It is not my place to judge, but instead to help you clear your energy so that your light is vibrating at a frequency that keeps unwanted energy from sticking around. My job is to help you uncover what is causing discomfort, help you release it, and bring in a complimentary vibration so you can feel happier, healthier, and balanced.
The energy healing work I do is based on long-standing practices that have no religious affiliations; they are simply methods of healing that utilize what is already provided to everyone through nature. In my sessions, I primarily use Reiki (pronounced Ray-Kee) along with other light healing modalities to help clear and restore your energetic system. Reiki is a form of energy healing originating in Japan that uses universal life force energy to clear energetic blockages and imbalances that cause discomfort and dis-ease. Reiki is the practice of gentle “laying of hands” by the practitioner, and can be administered to the client either on or off the body.
Distance energy healing sessions are just as beneficial as in-person sessions. Because Universal Life Force Energy is not confined to time or space, we can do the work from the comfort of your own home.

What to Expect
Please wear comfortable clothing to your session.
During an energy healing session, you are fully clothed and lying comfortably on a table. I will gently lay my hands on various areas of your body, holding those positions and working in your energetic fields until the energetic blockages are clear or your energy is balanced and strengthened.
Common responses to an energy healing session include warmth, tingling, twitching, imagery, and emotional release. Some people do not immediately feel anything. In some cases, the client feels the effects after the session, even a day or two later. Any and all responses are normal. Most people leave a session feeling a deep sense of relaxation. On occasion, some people may feel like they are coming down with a cold. This is the body’s physical response to a strong release of toxic energies and is nothing to be worried about. Cold-like symptoms should go away after a day or two.
Distance healing sessions can be conducted over video or phone. I recommend that you carve out some time for yourself to be in a quiet space and free of distractions. If possible, find a comfortable space to lie down and relax during the session. If you cannot lie down, sitting will work as well.
