Light Rei Healing Art’s Reiki Training will help you harness your innate gift as a healer and give you tools to strengthen and trust your intuition. In a tranquil, safe, and comfortable setting, we will go over Reiki principles and techniques so you feel confident using Reiki on yourself and others. Topics discussed include remote healings, chakras, crystals, grounding, protecting your energy field, clearing energy, charging items, charging spaces, and more. Reiki will give you a valuable foundation that compliments other healing modalities, such as other forms of energy medicine, massage, acupuncture, counseling, meditation, sound healing, naturopathic medicine, crystal healing, allopathic medicine, and yoga. You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in energy healing to learn Reiki. Give yourself a gift that will last you a lifetime by becoming a Reiki practitioner.
My Reiki trainings follow the teachings of Usui Ryoho Gakki Reiki which is the traditional method used by Reiki founder, Dr. Mikao Usui. Individual classes are designed to help you navigate how to practice traditional Usui Reiki in modern world. At the end of each Reiki level you will have a deeper understanding of yourself, how Reiki energy works, and how to practice the art of Reiki in a safe, practical way as you hone in on your unique healing style. In each class level you will receive an attunement (a process that opens you up to access Reiki) that is required for each Reiki level. There will be ample practice time throughout the class. Certificates will be given for each class upon completion. Continuing education credits are available.

Private Reiki classes at no extra cost!
Enjoy more flexibility with private classes. The benefit of taking a private class is that the content is catered to you. Private classes go at your pace. Plus, you get to schedule a time that works for you.
Reiki Level I
Discover yourself with Reiki I. The focus of this class is to get you acquainted with Reiki Energy and teach you how to do a self-healing session. It’s like the popular saying goes, “Heal yourself first and the rest will follow.” If you feel good on the inside and out, you will be in a much better position to hold space for another’s healing. This class is perfect for all levels, whether you are learning Reiki for the first time or refreshing your current Reiki skills.

Reiki Level II
Deepen your Reiki practice and receive the skills to become a professional Reiki practitioner with Reiki II. In this class you will be given useful tools to apply Reiki more specifically and effectively. You’ll learn how to help free the body of ailments, charge and clear objects, clear and protect your space, and do distance healing sessions safely and confidently. You will receive a Reiki Level Two Attunement which will give you access to Reiki symbols that will enhance your Reiki practice allowing you to access Reiki at higher, more specific vibrations. As a result of the attunement, you will gain the ability to hold long-distance Reiki sessions. If you are looking to practice Reiki professionally, or you are called to harness your Reiki skills, this is the class for you.

Reiki Master Level (Level III)
Move towards enlightenment with Reiki III. In this class, you will be given access to the Reiki Master Symbol, a dynamic symbol opening you up to higher vibration of Reiki Energy. You will also expand on your Reiki skills by learning new, more effective, more powerful techniques. Broaden your intuition and learn how to enhance your Reiki practice by bringing this higher vibration into your everyday life.

Introduction to Intuition and Energy Hygiene
In this essential three-class intro series, you will learn highly effective tools of the trade that will give you confidence to tap into your intuition and build a good energy hygiene practice . This series is unique in that it is taught in a one-on-one setting, so I can cater to your individual learning style and needs. Instead of focusing on a one-size fits all approach, in each class, you will have hands-on practice with a variety of tools, so you can discover what style suits you best. My goal is for you to go home feeling confident in what you learn, and not have to try to figure everything out at home.
Class 1
Grounding and Protection
In this class you will learn the most important of the energy hygiene techniques, Grounding and Protection of yourself and your space. This class is recommended as the foundation for any energy work.
Class 2
Listen to your Heart, Body, and Intuition
Let your body, your heart, and your intuition guide you. In this class, you will learn how to connect and listen to your own inner guidance systems, and how to discern and trust the messages you receive.
Class 3
Manifesting and Consulting Guidance Tools
Discover how to manifest the life you want and learn how to safely use tools like cards, runes, and pendulums. Understand your role in these processes and how to use these tools to your advantage.
Each class is currently offered on a one-on-one basis, so we can really focus on your unique learning style and ensure ample practice time. Learning these topics at a slower pace, gives you the space to focus your attention on the tools you learn, allowing you to embody the practices and not be overwhelmed by trying to do it all at once.
Each class is approximately 2 hours of one-on-one training
Classes can be purchased individually or as a package.
There are no prerequisites, but I highly recommend taking Grounding and Protection Class first.
