CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE FEES
All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before the session start time. Cancellations received less than 12 hours before the session start time may result in your inability to schedule future appointments.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shorter session, and the full price will be charged.
