Special Event
Healing in Tides of Grief: A Sister Circle
Join us for a special sister circle surrounded by the beautiful sound of waves and glow of bonfire as we dive deep into our grief and love. This circle will be focused on feeling and moving into the depth of all the grief we carry every day, big and small. In this circle we will weave together song, small group witnessing, and a stone ritual to access some of what’s active and present, and move it together. We will share our collective grief in the circle and release it into the Puget Sound to allow the waves to slowly erode at the heartache we share.
We carry grief with us every day: grief over lost loved ones or pets, major life transitions, diagnosis, parts of ourselves that hold shame or guilt, world events, climate changes, and cultural loss to name a few forms. As humans, we were born to feel and process our feelings in community, with support of the village at our back for these major life sorrows, but in our modern society we may feel and expectation to do it alone or suppress it. This can lead to anxiety, depression, illness and isolation. Doing this work together allows us to connect our hearts and be witnessed in our deepest depths. It allows us to move this energy and make space for joy, playfulness, and gratitude.
This Sister Circle is hosted by Sheila Kunkel and Kim Varner.

The golden thread represents our intuition, our inner knowing. It is the source that weaves all the teachings we have learned over our lifetimes from our parents, our friends, professors, gurus, wise women, sages, kupunas, and all those who serve as teachers for us. It binds together all of the different parts of us as humans and souls and imbues each part with strength, groundedness, and inner knowing. When we gather together for circle, the golden thread connects each of our hearts as we commune with one another to create a sacred container for connection and love. Within our circle the golden thread is a unifying element that binds the members of the circle together. This metaphorical thread represents shared values, experiences, trust, and a deep connection among the women in the group. The golden thread signifies the strength and resilience of the relationships within the sister circle, creating a supportive and nurturing environment.
Golden Thread Sister Circles are monthly in-person gatherings full of connection, community, and a little bit of magic sprinkled in. We will weave the golden thread connecting all the parts of ourselves as we embark on a sacred journey of self-awareness and empowerment. We will also weave in our connection to our sisters, creating a safe supportive circle where each voice is valued and heard. Every month, we'll explore a different theme which will have a description below. There will be time to share, time to reflect, and time to move your body with a short movement activity suitable for all physical abilities. Let your sisters hold you up, inspire you, encourage you, and accept you just as you are, as we navigate this journey of self-healing, exploration, and growth.
This is a safe and welcoming environment for anyone who identifies as female.

Heart Wisdom
Sister Circle
Heart Wisdom Sister Circle is a collaborative effort between Sistership Circle Certified Facilitators, Sheila Kunkel and Michelle Leigh Vazquez. Heart Wisdom Sister Circle will meet online 8 times a year to explore feminine themes inspired by the changing season and energies of the year. We will be offering online circles throughout 2024.
Connect with like-minded sisters from all around the world in a safe and supportive space. Share your experiences, wisdom, and challenges as we collectively uplift and inspire one another.
This circle will follow the format called the Sistership Circle Way which provides the masculine structure for our feminine flow to create a safe and sacred space to feel truly held. All of our circles are inclusive, respectful, and nondenominational. Please arrive early to get situated and receive maximum benefit.
Releasing Cattiness: A Lion's Gate Circle for Manifestation
Welcome, sisters, to this sacred gathering as we unite at the crossroads of cosmic energies and earthly abundance, honoring the powerful convergence of the Lion’s Gate portal and the bountiful Celtic harvest festival of Lammas! We will focus our intentions on releasing the shadows of jealousy and shame that may be clouding our inner vision, so we can open our hearts to receive the abundant resources of the universe with gratitude.

In this transformative circle we will invoke the spirit of Bastet, the Egyptian feline goddess of protection and feminine power, to guide us in activating our third eye chakra and confronting the shadows of jealousy and shame that may be masking our untapped abundance.
We will engage in inspired practices to help us trust the visions that come through our third eye, and we can use this enhanced perception to navigate beyond the limitations of shame and the distortions of jealousy to see ourselves truly, love ourselves fully, and support each other unconditionally.

Whether you are seeking guidance, healing, or simply a space to connect with other incredible women, this event is for you. Release the cattiness and receive the gifts of courage, wisdom, and clarity that await you!
