CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE FEES

I value your time and energy, as well as my own. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance may be refunded in full or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 30% of the session fee. If you arrive late, we’ll make the most of the remaining time together, though the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be applied. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within the agreed timeframe. If the provider cancels, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund. CLASSES AND EVENTS
